That’s right, that’s all it takes, you don’t need page after page of rules, just a little common sense. Don’t Sell anything physical or Digital that you know is not yours to dispose of. Copies are illegal and you could be leaving yourself open to prosecution. Digital downloads are permitted providing you have the legal right or authority to sell them. For example, E-Books, some come with resell rights, some with rebranding rights, that’s fine but unless you have the legal right to redistribute them you could be in breach of copyright and face hefty fines and penalties.
Registering Membership.
Membership to www.flogitall.com is entirely free to anyone in any country in the world in accordance to UK Law and the laws in your own country. The site is based in Wolverhampton, England and already we have members in most countries including some in very remote and distant lands.
To register is quite simple however you do need to use your full name and full address together with a valid contact telephone number. These details enable us to contact you should the need arise and for verification purposes only.
If you do not provide these details you could lose money due to you by way of payments for goods or services you may have sold.
Unfortunately in the past there have been a few members who have failed to provide true and correct details for the purpose of deceiving other members. We do not tolerate this behaviour and although it takes time computers can be traced by the IP numbers which are recorded each time you log in as is the time, date and duration of your visit. We will not hesitate to inform the Police of any misuse of our site, we have had to do this in the past and will do so every time without question.
Only idiots try it on with partial addresses and bogus names, we give them 24 hours to correct that or their membership is cancelled and IP address blocked for ever. We don’t want these people or need them, neither do you.

Membership is FREE!
Unlimited Listing is FREE!
There’s NO Sellers Fees or Final Valuation Fees. These are all FREE!
You may also use our unlimited listings Stores which again are FREE!
There are no catches! Free really does mean Free on my site. It is there for you to use, Please use it, please do not abuse it.
Disclosures.
None of your personal details, name, address, telephone number etc are disclosed to anyone. I do not sell, hire, rent or use your details other than in connection with this site. The only exceptions would be if you are breaking the law in your use of my site for illegal or offensive purposes when in which case your details would be passed onto the legal authorities for the purpose of prosecution.
Spam is not tolerated. Members abusing this policy will be banned immediately and membership cancelled.
The use of my site is on the condition that under no circumstances do I accept any responsibility for any items listed, bought, sold, exchanged, whatever. I have had to pay to provide you with this site and continue to provide it for so long as no members abuse it. It is there to help you buy, sell or exchange your goods or services with another person without charging either of you a fee.
It is the responsibility of the sellers to ensure that whatever they are listing is legal and theirs to dispose of. Likewise it is up to the buyer to ensure they are buying a legal item or service. All transactions are legally binding agreements between the seller and buyer and in no way, shape or form are the responsibility of me or my site.
