Nature of business:

This is a not for profit service intended for use by anyone wishing to use it. As the owner of the site I make no charges whatsoever for anyone wishing to use the site.

Members may list unlimited items and there are no listing fees to be paid, unlike most other sites.

Members are not required to pay any sellers fees, unlike most other sites. Members may open unlimited listings in Stores unlike any other site.

There are no Membership fees to pay; it is entirely free of any charges.

The intentions and reasons for my site is to provide anyone to buy, sell or exchange their goods, services and/or property providing they have the legal right to do so free of any fees for any of the services provided.

The site is there to help anyone be they seasoned experts or newbies to have a platform to conduct business between themselves and any other interested party.

Such transactions are between the provider of the goods/services and the buyer of those goods/services and as such the use of my site is merely a platform for such transactions and that in no way we I the site owner of Flogitall be held responsible for any transactions, descriptions or goods/services that may have been provided.

Any disputes will be between the members participating in any such transaction be it physical or digital should be resolved by the parties involved and neither I or Flogitall can or will be held responsible for any such transactions or agreements made between either of the parties.

My site was intended to provide a service as a protest site to all other sites that charge fees which the majority of people consider unreasonable or excessive hence its existence.

All contact with me or Flogitall should be made either by email to admin@flogitall.com or to me directly by post in writing to the address stated above.

Under no circumstance will callers be entertained at the above address.

No telephone calls will be accepted, all communications shall be by email or writing only.

In the event of a dispute I would be willing to act as an intermediary only.

Any member breaking the law or acting in an illegal manner will be banned from using the site.

Any member abusing the service or acting in a manner detrimental to the good name of Flogitall will have his/her membership cancelled.

Rules.

Apart from common sense only three rules need apply, these are:

1. Keep it Legal

2. Make Money

3. Enjoy

If you can’t abide by those three simple rules then a, you are not welcome here, b, should give up the Internet and c, Throw your computer out of the window but remember there are laws about littering the streets.

Confidentiality: None of your registration details, email address or any other information will be passed to, sold, hired, leased or lent to any other person unless there is a legal issue relating to a crime or criminal activity.

Then if requested by The Police, Court or other Government Body only if a Crime or Criminal activity is or has been committed.

Evidence of said Crime or Criminal activity to be established.

A point of interest:

Flogitall is a hobby to me, I make no personal gain from the site.

The site costs me a lot of money every month to maintain its presence on the net.

I had to buy the domain name; I had to pay a lot of money for the software and even more to have it installed.

I have to pay a huge monthly fee to have my site www.flogitall.com hosted, so please, don’t spoil my hobby, use it wisely and legally and everyone will be happy.
